Charts, Graphs, and Diagrams

Graphs are useful in modern day world. Spreadsheets and graphs are used show that it would be a lot easier instead of just typing a whole lot of numbers. Instead you have a graph that you can read better. There are different types of graphs such as line graph, pie chart, bar graphs and much more. A pie chart is used to show percentage of something out of 100. A line graph is usually displaying distance over time. Lastly the bar graph is usually displaying the object with the most of something. In life graphs and charts are usually used to finance things of that nature.

Introduction to Excel

To me excel is a huge table that as unlimited amount of information about math.  You can also use excel to graph, class schedules, functions, your grade and all.  The excel spreadsheet does math easier and faster for you. When you get older it helps you with your budget and bills and also your income. People use excel's formulas more than they use the calculators because excel gives you many different ways to do things than the calculator does. Microsoft Word is where you should be typing a paper and Microsoft Excel is where you should do you math work because it is focused more around the math field then anything.
